I work with individual clients seeking help with complicated relationships, ADHD, AUDHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Climate Distress. I am trauma-informed and utilize ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, and a Depth approach in my practice. LGBTQIA2s+ affirming.
Teletherapy
All sessions are conducted through Telehealth.

I am licensed in WA, OR, ID, CA, and NY. I accept Aetna, UHC, BCBS, Pacific Source, Providence, Cigna, Samaritan Health, Moda, and Trillium Health. Sessions are 60 minutes and are $150.00.
